Sylvester

FOR ADOPTION: SYLVESTER is a handsome 3 year old male that you may recognize from having been advertised last year. This sweet boy was adopted but then left at the vet clinic when he was having a minor medical issue. Luckily for Sylvester his issue was not truly an emergency he just had some sediment making it difficult for him to urinate. That was easily removed and he was feeling right as rain within a day. We are going to keep Sylvester on a urinary diet going forward to prevent him from developing urinary crystals but otherwise he requires no special maintenance. Sylvester seems to be happy to be back with the shelter and is eager to find his true forever family. Sylvester is an affectionate boy that loves to be pet and wants to be with you no matter what you are doing. He will gladly follow you around the house while you’re doing your chores and likes to rub himself on you to let you know he is there with you. As much as he is sweet and affectionate he also has a fun, goofy side to him that will keep you giggling all day. Sylvester needs a family that wants him around as much as he wants to be there. Sylvester is used to living in mature households but could share a home with respectful children that love petting Vs carrying cats. Sylvester has been good with most other cats and is a fairly submissive fellow. He would do best in a home with another easy going cat. This boy prefers lounging in unison or chasing toys to rowdy play. Sylvester has had very limited interactions with dogs in his lifetime but he was accepting of calm and gentle dogs while he was previously in at Total Pet. Sylvester is very happy indoor only and has been that way the majority of his life. He could also really enjoy a secure catio or well fenced yard space on sunny days.
