Gizmo

FOR ADOPTION: GIZMO is a friendly approximately 2 year old male that is looking for a super fun forever family. This cute fella was a stray in the Burns Lake area for a few months before we were able to take him in, he is very grateful to the kind home owner who made sure he was safe until we had space. Gizmo is a confident, friendly boy that gets along well with people of all ages including young children. Gizmo is incredibly playful and LOVES to bat around his toys or chase wand toys. He is also quite cuddly and will gladly pause play at any time if it means he’s going to get snuggles. This guy loves to be held like a baby and has shown he is happy to be packed around by gentle young kids, all attention is good attention in his books. Gizmo has been good with most of the other cats at the shelter, he would not pair super well with a dominant male companion but otherwise is friendly. He enjoys a playful buddy but can also respectfully leave the less playful cats in peace. Gizmo has had limited interactions with dogs while at the shelter but has been open to meeting the calm and respectful ones we’ve introduced him to. Gizmo is happy indoor only with lots of toys and stimulation. He would also do well on harnessed walks, in a fun catio or indoor/outdoor in a safe environment.
