She loves people of all ages, gets along very well with the other cats and is comfortable around respectful dogs. Phila is affectionate and loves getting pets and cuddles. She is also quite fun and playful, she will be very entertaining to have around. Phila is quite content indoor only but could also do well indoor/outdoor in a safe environment.
