Casper

Casper is a handsome, 1-year-old regal guy looking for his loving forever family. He originally came into our care from a colony situation; while he was initially a little shy, he has warmed up beautifully. Casper absolutely LOVES being pet, and his playful side is really starting to shine! While he isn't a big fan of being picked up just yet, he will tolerate it nicely.
​The Perfect Match:
​Other Cats: Great! He comes from a multi-cat home and does wonderfully with the other felines at the shelter. He is a respectful, curious buddy.
​Dogs: Promising. He has had limited exposure to dogs but is open to meeting calm, friendly canine friends.
​Children: Best with older, "cat-savvy" kids. He does well with the respectful children who frequent the shelter, but he would not enjoy a home with kids who want to pick him up constantly.
​Environment: Indoor-only. Casper is incredibly happy and comfortable living indoors, though he would also love a secure catio!
​Grooming: High maintenance (but worth it!). His gorgeous, long locks will require regular brushing to keep him mat-free.
