Baby Buttons

BABY BUTTONS is a gentle, loving, approximately one-year-old male looking for a forever family that is just as sweet as he is. This lovely guy is incredibly easygoing and has been friendly with everyone he meets. He absolutely loves being softly petted and snuggled by our staff and volunteers.

​Baby Buttons can be a little nervous around loud or boisterous children, but he is happy to interact with them when they are calm. With a little time and patience, we believe he will learn that loud play isn't so scary once he builds trust with the kids in his life.
​ [��] Feline Friends & [��] Canine Companions
​Cats: He is excellent with other cats at the shelter! He is slightly on the submissive side and has been very easy to introduce to new feline friends. Currently, his favorite pastime is lounging around with his buddies.
​Dogs: While he has had limited experience around dogs at the shelter, he seems fairly comfortable around calm pups. This leads us to believe he may have shared a home with them in the past, and we are confident he could do so again with proper introductions.
​ [��️] Lifestyle & Play
​Baby Buttons isn't overly playful with toys just yet, but we expect that fun side will bloom as he settles into his forever home.
​He has been perfectly content living an indoor-only lifestyle and would do best to continue that way. Because he tends to hide when he gets startled or scared, he isn't a good candidate for the indoor/outdoor life—we would hate for him to get spooked and go missing! However, a catio would be a fantastic way for Baby Buttons to safely experience the great outdoors.
