Ginger Snap - adoption pending

FOR ADOPTION: GINGER SNAP is a sweet senior looking for a quiet and loving home to enjoy her golden years. Ginger Snap is a gentle, affectionate girl that seems to enjoy the company of children even more than adults. She is fantastic with other dogs and just adores her foster brother. Ginger Snap has also been living very successfully with a feline foster brother. Ginger Snap is looking for a quiet and simple life, preferably in the country. She can be skittish in new situations and took some time to get used to the idea of a vacuum cleaner etc but if given the time to settle in Ginger Snap makes a lovely home companion. She is house trained, non destructive and very cuddly. Ginger Snap likes to spend a lot of time outdoors and will need a well fenced yard or secure tether until she is well bonded with her family and settled in her new home. She is a low to medium energy girl who enjoys leisurely walks and puttering in the yard. Ginger Snap came to us with a very large lump on her hind end. We had the mass removed at Vet to Pet in Smithers and sent away for testing. The results came back cancerous. We have been given no reason to believe her cancer has spread, however we do realize there is a possibility of it returning. For this reason Ginger Snap will be available for a reduced adoption fee. She is spayed, vaccinated and up to date on parasite control. If you've been looking for a sweetheart to share your quiet life apply today for a chance to meet GINGER SNAP
